Industry-Leading Original Oil-Free Air End
The compressor features a specially designed oil-free air end with separate air compression and oil chambers. The air chamber uses a stainless-steel, spring-loaded metal-ring sealing system, while the oil chamber incorporates a copper labyrinth seal. This arrangement keeps the two chambers separate and helps prevent lubricating oil from entering the compressed-air path.
The second-stage rotor is manufactured from stainless steel to improve resistance to corrosion caused by moisture remaining in the compressed air after first-stage cooling. This design supports reliable operation and durability under demanding industrial conditions.
UITRACOAT protective coating is applied to the rotor and inner compression-chamber surfaces. It is designed to provide corrosion resistance, maintain close operating clearances and reduce the risk of coating deterioration. This helps support consistent air delivery over the compressor's service life.
Filtered lubricating oil is used to cool the air-end enclosure compartment, helping dissipate heat while avoiding scale formation associated with water cooling in that compartment.
